Notices
Coronavirus
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, there will be no formal acts of worship at our three Parish Churches for the foreseeable future. All our churches will now stay closed until further notice.
Regular Giving
Please remember that the church continues to function even with the buildings closed, so we do ask that you continue with your regular financial giving to support the ministry. If you normally give weekly in church, you may like to consider paying direct through your bank. Our treasurer Allan Webster can advise you; or you can see the options on the Donate page.
Financial Difficulty?
If you, or anyone you know, is in financial difficulty, the Vicar has access to a hardship fund. Please feel able to contact him in the strictest confidence on 01442 214898 or at vicar@littlegaddesdenchurch.org.uk.
Church Governance – Postponement of Meetings; PCC’s Report to the APCM
In view of the coronavirus outbreak, the Annual Parishioners’ Meeting (APM), the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and the associated Parochial Church Council Meeting following the APCM, all scheduled for Sunday 19 April 2020, have been postponed. Under the currently prevailing provisions, the APM and the APCM will have to be held by the extended deadline of 31 October 2020.
The PCC will still aim to finalise the 2019/20 report that it would have presented to the the APCM and publish it and send a copy to the Diocesan Board of Finance by the end of June 2020.
