Lent Lunches

Thank you to all who supported Lent Lunches this year.  A special thank you to all those who made and served delicious soups, and to all those who came. Attendance was varied and disappointing for those who had made gallons when attendance was low. This year we increased the price to £7.00 as bread and cheese have become very expensive.  Takings this year after expenses were £662.20.  This has been divided between the church and Azalea by request of the soup makers. A huge thank you to all of them as well.  Virginia Thank you to all those who came and supported the Lunch.  It is always a nice occasion and there have been some new faces this year. Virginia Westmacott
