RNLI SOS – “Sample our Soup” Day, plus a crumble pudding.  Saturday 20th January, 12 noon to 2pm in the Little Gaddesden Village Hall.  Donations to the RNLI please.  ALL WELCOME.

Follow the Star

The Great Gaddesden School ‘Follow the Star’ to Bethlehem event raised £1820 to help the work of the Small Steps Foundation in Uganda and Friends of Great Gaddesden School. The total miles walked by the children, families and community was 3410.4. Well done all and thank you to those who supported the event in any way.

Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, 18th-25th January.  The materials have been prepared by the ecumenical team from Burkina Faso facilitated by the local Chemin Neuf Community (CCN).  The chosen theme is “You shall love the Lord your God … and your neighbour as yourself” (Lk 10:27).  For more details, visit www.ctbi.org.uk

We now have the facility to donate to Little Gaddesden church by text. Just text LITTLEGADD plus the amount you want to donate (between £1 and £20) to 70470, for example ‘LITTLEGADD10’ to donate £10.  

Texts will cost the amount donated plus one standard rate message.

The Little Gaddesden Charities

The funds of The Little Gaddesden Charities are there to help and support those in financial need in the parish, especially at times when budgets are under particular pressure.

We also support young people in their endeavours, as well as the bereaved.
