Tuesday Morning Coffee and Cake

Harvest Festival

Our church Harvest Festival service will take place on Sunday 1st October.  Produce will be distributed to DENS, so please do support us if you are able.  Please see leaflets in church for their requirements or visit www.dens.org.uk   Thank you.

Jam Jars with lids

Jam jars with lids!  If you have any spare standard sized jam jars with lids, Ian and Pat Catchpole would be grateful to have them for their produce for the community market.  They are happy to collect or pick them up from LG church.  Please call 01442 842544.

Memorial Walk for Doug Adams

Douglas Adams Memorial Walk for Prostate Cancer UK.  Doug was a founder member of the Little Gaddesden Walking Group (LGWG) and a walk in his memory is being organised on Thursday 12th October.  Details of the walk will be announced in the next few weeks but will conclude with lunch at The Greyhound Pub in Aldbury.  If you would like to join the walk, please let Anthony Archer know on aw.archer@btinternet.com.  If you would like to contribute to the fundraiser, please go to www.justgiving.com/page/drfamemorialwalk2023.   Thank you.

We now have the facility to donate to Little Gaddesden church by text. Just text LITTLEGADD plus the amount you want to donate (between £1 and £20) to 70470, for example ‘LITTLEGADD10’ to donate £10.  

Texts will cost the amount donated plus one standard rate message.

The Little Gaddesden Charities

The funds of The Little Gaddesden Charities are there to help and support those in financial need in the parish, especially at times when budgets are under particular pressure.

We also support young people in their endeavours, as well as the bereaved.
