Coronavirus Update
With the gradual decreasing number of Covid cases, when attending church services we ask you to:
- Continue to use the hand cleanser at the door.
- Respect other people’s personal space.
- Whist mask wearing is not obligatory, if you feel comfortable wearing one, please continue to do so. (We have a good supply of disposable masks should you forget to bring yours.)
- Continue to sing.
- Continue to receive Holy Communion in both kinds under Covid safe procedure.
Refreshments after church on Sunday mornings will be served.

Tuesday Morning Coffee and Cake
Tuesday morning’s Coffee and Cake sessions are in the Thomas Field Hall – Tuesdays from 10:30am to 12:00 noon. Any enquiries to Hilary Catchpole at h.catchpole@btinternet.com .
Sunday School
Sunday School will take place during the 9.30 am service this week. All children under 11 years old are welcome to attend. Those under 5 should be accompanied by a parent please. There will be crafts and fun in the Thomas Field Hall whilst the service in going on in church. Lent Lunches
Starting this week in Little Gaddesden. Friday 4th March and continues weekly until 8th April. 12.30pm – 1.30pm in the Thomas Field Hall. £5.00 for a delicious bowl of soup, bread and cheese, fruit, tea and coffee. Please do come along.
Parent Café at Great Gaddesden Church
Parent Café at Great Gaddesden Church is run by Friends of Great Gaddesden School (FOGGS) between 2-3 pm on the first Friday of every month at St John the Baptist Church. Join them before school pick up for a coffee and catch up. Free tea or coffee and activities for younger siblings. All parents and guardians welcome. The next meeting is Friday 4th March.
Midweek Discussion Group
The Midweek Discussion Group has resumed (apart from on Ash Wednesday). Do keep the ideas coming about topics that you would like to consider.

We now have the facility to donate to Little Gaddesden church by text. Just text LITTLEGADD plus the amount you want to donate (between £1 and £20) to 70470, for example ‘LITTLEGADD10’ to donate £10.
Texts will cost the amount donated plus one standard rate message.
