Tuesday Morning Coffee and Cake

Tuesday morning’s Coffee and Cake sessions are in the Thomas Field Hall – Tuesdays from 10.30am to 12 noon. Any enquiries to Hilary Catchpole at h.catchpole@btinternet.com .

Thank You

Thank you very much to all who organised and contributed to the retirement parties for John Russell. The teams put in so much work to ensure that both events were a great success, both a fitting send-off for John and Karen and great village events.

Pilgrimage to St Margaret’s, Boscoe

On Saturday 19th July, there will be a Pilgrimage walk to mark the feast day of St Margaret of Antioch, leaving from Little Gaddesden Church at 2pm to the historic site of St Margaret’s in Boscoe, the Ivinghoe Benedictine Priory, at St Margaret’s, Great Gaddesden.

The distance from Little Gaddesden is 3km each way. There will be three opportunities on the way to pause for reflection and a short act of worship will be held at the site. Come along and learn more about St Margaret of Antioch and the Priory where Benedictine Nuns lived and worshipped for almost 400 Years. Please join us if you can for the walk or meet us at St Margaret’s. Remember any necessary medication or inhalers. Dogs are welcome on leads. For more details contact Heather Tisbury – heather@greatgaddesdenchurch.com or Jane Dickson – churchwarden.jd@littlegaddesdenchurch.org.uk

Midweek Discussion Group

The Midweek Discussion Group meets on Wednesday evenings.
