Harvest Festival
Please think of a donation to DENS as we approach our harvest festival. We have collection boxes for food and hygiene donations in the church and they list their high needs on their website which is updated regularly. Link below: https://www.dens.org.uk/support-us/high-needs-list/ Or a cash donation is useful too. Many thanks.
There will also be a cash/cheque collection at the end of the harvest service in aid of Azalea. For further information about Azalea, visit their website at www.Azalea.org.uk or contact Kate Dunwoodie at kate.dunwoodie@azalea.org.uk. Many thanks.
All Souls’ Service
The All Souls Service will be held on Saturday 2nd November at 3pm at Great Gaddesden Church. There will be an opportunity to light candles. Lists will be placed at the back of the Churches if you would like somebody to be remembered.
Regular Giving
If you normally give weekly in church, you may like to consider paying direct through your bank account. Click or tap here to visit the Donate Page to find out more. For those who do give this way, tokens to signify you have donated by this method are available on entry to the church, and they can be placed in the collection bag at the appropriate time.
Pay by Text
We now have the facility to donate to Little Gaddesden church by text. Just text LITTLEGADD plus the amount you want to donate (between £1 and £20) to 70470, for example ‘LITTLEGADD10’ to donate £10.
Texts will cost the amount donated plus one standard rate message.
The Little Gaddesden Charities
The funds of The Little Gaddesden Charities are there to help and support those in financial need in the parish, especially at times when budgets are under particular pressure.
We also support young people in their endeavours, as well as the bereaved.
Please apply in confidence to the Vicar, The Revd. John Russell vicar@littlegaddesdenchurch.org.uk (01442 214898).
