Prayer Station at Home: Behind the Door

We have become accustomed recently to the idea of ‘closed doors’, with people isolating themselves from others.

But in the bible it says:

I know your works. Look I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut.

Book of Revelation Chapter 3 verse 8

1. Find a spot to relax and close your eyes

2. Think about a residential road or lane that you know well

3. Leave your house and travel in your mind to the first house in that road

4. Try to imagine the entrance or front door

5. Pray for whoever lives in that house whether they are known to you or not

6. Pray for their needs, their health and well being, that’s God’s love will be present in that home

7. Move on to the next house and repeat until you reach 5 or 6 in total

8. Say prayers again sometime soon using the same road or other roads you know

Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, and you with me.
